1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

5.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned to your BDT wallet in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed beyond the applicable resettlement window
• The bet was placed on an incorrect market opened due to a manifest system or operator error
• The odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous (a "palpable error") — for example, decimal odds of 50.00 on a heavy favourite
• The event result is declared void by the relevant sporting governing body

5.5 Cricket Betting Specific Rules

Cricket bets on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers international series, and other covered competitions are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the ok37 help centre. For a match to be settled, a minimum number of overs must have been bowled as specified in the individual market rules. DLS-affected match outcomes are settled in accordance with the official DLS result declared by the match officials.
